       Through an IoT-enabled remote operation and maintenance system, the entire lifecycle management of sewing equipment is realized. The system uses embedded sensors to collect real-time operating parameters, including needle position accuracy, thread tension data, and motor load status, and synchronizes this data to a cloud management platform via a 5G network. When needle wear exceeds a set threshold or stitch density is abnormal, the platform automatically triggers an early warning mechanism and generates a work order containing fault codes and maintenance recommendations, which is then pushed to the maintenance terminal. Equipment manufacturers can conduct trend analyses based on historical operating data to predict bearing wear or circuit board aging in advance, transforming maintenance from passive response to proactive planning. Apparel companies can use a visualized dashboard to monitor the utilization rates of thousands of machines across multiple factories in real time, dynamically allocating maintenance resources according to production demands and avoiding production delays caused by unexpected equipment downtime.
